Aaron...

I
have known Aaron Agurs for a long time. Too
long,
if you ask me. (I am kidding, of course).
Aaron and I met when we were teenagers, while doing
the play, "Godspell" in Raleigh, North
Carolina. We
were both students at a summer theatre camp...
I remember Aaron's first words to me..."do you
wanna
be in a book I'm writing?" I was like,
"Who is this
smiling clown?"
Aaron was (and is) always smiling.
I consented to his ridiculous request...he wrote book
one of a four part series about a rich family that
he
created.
I offered to take "family photos" of the
characters
(based on other kids in "Godspell") and my
collaboration with Aaron began.
We've
always kept in touch - especially while he was at
Western
Carolina University double majoring in Radio/TV/
Motion Picture and English.
It is a privilege to work with Aaron now, many years
later, on his official website.
Aaron is a witty and gifted writer as well as a
unique
person. I am proud to say that he is one of my
dearest and oldest friends.
I cannot wait until his career soars off into the
stratosphere! Aaron has promised me that I
will be
his first guest to the Oscars!!
